Summary
The University locksmith along with the Director is responsible for issuing and tracking keys on campus according to the following procedure.
Key Issue and Control Procedures:
- Please familiarize yourself with UIW's Key Control Policy (PDF).
- Print, complete, and forward Key Record (Request Form) (PDF) to Facilities.
